July 18th - 22nd - Painting, Caulking, Tiling & Electrical work

Sorry no new  pictures this week but staying very busy with lawn work, more painting and  caulking the trim. The tile work started Wednesday and the  electrican is back connecting the panel boxes and should be hanging all fixtures next week.  Once all the electrical is done we are  hoping to have the parish inspect and provide us a "temporary permit" which will allow us to have the a/c connected and turned on.  Then we'll have the wood floors delivered and installed within 2-3 days.  Remaining kitchen/bath cabinets are in (praying they fit this time)  and the appliances are in and will be delivered this week.  Cabinet/Trim carpenter will return after the floor is done.  This part is sooooo slow!

Monday, July 11th - Garage Door installed

If only everything would be as fast and easy as the garage door.  However, we had to reorder a few cabinets that should arrive in a couple of weeks, cabinet trim/crown being installed and  started installing the interior doors.   The fireplace mantel guys should complete their work this week and the tile guy is scheduled for next Wednesday.

July 5th - 8th - More painting, started installation of cabinets & fireplace mantel.

Storage cabinets & empty space is for the  wine cooler cabinet (had to reorder).
